WHO IS THE:

Data Processor – The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.
OMNI is the Data Controller, but sometimes is the Data Processor and sometimes is both.
DPO – Data Protection Officer – is the Privacy on the Ground.
Personal information is information that is associated with your name, address, mobile or telephone numbers, e-mail address, educational and employment background, job interest data.
Except as set forth in this Policy, OMNI will not through its websites collect, store or release any personal identifying information about you without first receiving your consent.
HOW OMNI USES AND PROCESSES YOUR COLLECTED INFORMATION?

To restrict processing (you are entitled to seek the “restriction of processing” for the time needed to verify whether information is accurate if you contests its accuracy);
To data portability “Big Data” (the personal data in a commonly used format may be transferred to another Data Controller if you so requests; aims to increase user choice of online services; it only applies to personal data an individual has provided to a Data Controller, where the processing is based on the individual’s consent or for the performance of a contract and when processing is carried out by automated means);
To object to processing (to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in addition tothe data subject’s right to withdraw consent whenever processing is based on consent);
Not to be subject to automated decision-making including profiling.

If we do have personal information about you, we will provide you with a readable copy of such personal information at no charge. Factual errors in your personal information, including information that is out of date, can be corrected by sending us a request that sufficiently details how your personal information should be corrected. We request you to promptly update your personal information if it changes.
HOW DOES OMNI PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
You can be assured that personal information collected through the websites is secure and is maintained in a manner consistent with current industry standards.
